We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit quite right, we are happy to help with an exchange.We offer a simple exchange process to ensure you get the right size.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, the exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items must be free from damage, stains, or excessive wear.
Size Exchanges
If your shoes don't fit as expected, you can exchange them for a different size of the same style, subject to availability. We recommend trying your shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure they remain eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Starting an exchange is easy. Simply contact our customer support team with your order number and let us know the size you would like to receive. Follow the return instructions provided by our team, and once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange.
Processing Your Exchange
After your returned item has been received and approved, we will ship your replacement pair as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange has been dispatched.
Product Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, our support team will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept exchanges for shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use, items that have been damaged after delivery, products returned without their original packaging.
